What you’ll find along the coast
Aldinga Beach boasts a collection of beach shacks and holiday homes, cáfes, restaurants, and a cycling and walking trail stretching from Sellicks Beach to Maslin Beach.
Christies Beach is first-rate for swimming, surfing and fishing and draws a crowd.
Maslin Beach is infamous for its stretch that welcomes nudists (southern end of the beach only). Don’t forget your sunscreen! Other visitors can still explore the northern end of the beach and enjoy the pristine coastline.
Moana Beach features long expanses of sand, picturesque high cliffs, sand dunes and water the colour of turquoise.
Port Noarlunga is the parent’s dream. There’s a giant playground, safe swimming beach, jetty and an offshore reef that will amuse the kids for hours.
Port Willunga is home to a famous ‘Star of Greece’ shipwreck, popular seaside restaurants and a sparkling strip of beach.
Seaford is a trendy surf spot. Surfers flock from all over South Australia to enjoy Seaford’s swells.
Sellicks Beach is renowned for its plentiful fishing, surfing and boat launching facilities.
South Port is a great surfing beach where clean waves constantly roll in.
